This was also my first ever experience with an ADOBE AIR application and I liked it very much. The application works like a regular desktop application with great web like experience. It automatically synchronizes with the server and keeps the local API documentation up to date.

Dojo Toolbox - SitePen, Inc. is a great tool for offline viewing of DOJO Toolkit APIs. If you are working with DOJO Toolkit and haven't installed this tool yet, then may be its time you should give this a try. All the API documentation is locally available after installation and is easy to search through.
